This sweet blast from the past is technically a spiced fudge, but using traditionally British spices rather than Indian. Handmade butter fudge is packed with nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and ginger, intensified with orange and freshened up with lemon, all inspired by recipes for puddings going back to Medieval times. Try it with a glass of Sherry or Madeira ♥
A generous 180g in every plastic-free cellulose bag. Free of gluten, palm oil, artificial colours and preservatives. Vegetarian
Ingredients: sugar, butter, condensed milk, sugar syrup (glucose), double cream, Valencian orange extract (orange oil, rapeseed oil), Sicilian lemon extract (lemon oil, rapeseed oil), cloves, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, sunflower lecithin, salt
