Spiced
For foodie friends, gastronauts and the adventurous of spirit, literally ‘spice up’ your selection with our unique Indian flavours — Indian Rose, Mishti Masala (cardamom, turmeric and ginger) and the famous Bengali 5-Spice (Panch Phoron). Mishti Masala stands out firstly because it is bright yellow, due to the turmeric it contains, and also for its unique, mellow spiced flavour. Panch Phoron is a deceptively addictive, mildly spiced fudge like nothing you've tried before; it goes beautifully with black coffee or vodka soda.
Dairy-free (vegan)
Several of our fudges are dairy-free and suitable for vegans, so everyone can join in the fudge fun this Christmas. We have delicate Indian Rose, Persian Almond, Salted Pistachio (v) and Choco Coco. It is a luxurious, silky fudge mixture of dark chocolate and tropical coconut flavours. At festivals, we sell as much Choco Coco to those who eat dairy as to those who don't, because it is so moreish.
Chocoholic
For a serious chocaholic, you might combine our chocolate fudge flavours Rich Chocolate, Chocolate Orange and Choco Coco (a dairy-free fudge but you'd never know it; it tastes of chocolate and coconut — better than a Bounty bar).

Family size
Our larger boxes hold up to five bags, or three bags and two jars. Our most popular flavours, apart from our two seasonal stars (Christmas Cake and Chocolate Orange) are Salted Pistachio (dairy and dairy-free), Golden Vanilla, Mishti Masala and Choco Coco.
Rich Chocolate, made with organic Fairtrade cocoa for a seriously chocolatey taste, is also popular. You can go for a theme, or alternatively mix up Christmas, Indian and traditional flavours, for a rainbow medley of fudges!
